How to ask a rules question?

Sometimes we need to ask a question about the rules. 

Here is the best way to go about this:

1. First, check the online Official Team Manual.
2. If you can't find your answer there, please reach out to your local League Operator.  They will be able to answer most questions and also help frame the answers to your individual player experience. Click here to find your Local League Office contact information.
3. If you are unable to get the answer you need from your Local League Operator, then please reach out to the APA National Office.
