How do I score a double team forfeit?

Each team will score the match as an individual forfeit using the instructions below.  

To forfeit an individual player match in the app, select the three dots next to the player's name. This will give you the option to forfeit.

If a team finds it necessary to forfeit individual matches due to a shortage of players, the forfeit(s) must be the last match(es). If a team knows they will be short players, they cannot choose which individual matches to forfeit.

Before submitting the match, each team should add the comment Double Team Forfeit by selecting Comment to the League office on the submit screen.
